Studio Policies – Sammy’s
💳 Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a $30 deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit goes toward your service total and confirms your commitment to the appointment. Without a deposit, your appointment is not reserved.
⏰ Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. This ensures that services run smoothly and that other clients are not affected.
❌ Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel late or do not show up, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). This policy respects the time reserved for you and the preparation involved in each appointment.
💅 Refusal to Pay
Payment is required for all services rendered. If a client refuses to pay for their nails, the product will be removed immediately in the studio. No exceptions.
🧍♀️ Client Selection
We reserve the right to select our clients. This studio is a private, professional space where mutual respect is essential. Disrespectful behavior, poor communication, or disregard for policies may result in refusal of future service.

Respect is the foundation of every appointment. We ask that all clients arrive with a positive attitude, communicate clearly, and honor the studio’s time and boundaries. In return, you’ll receive the highest level of care and artistry.
